'Re-wilding' is a term we use to describe rebalancing and reconnecting people worldwide with nature. This can be getting involved in a planting project, going for a walk or just sitting outdoors and appreciating nature in all its beauty. Studies have found that people with a high level of connection to nature enjoy better mental health and are more likely to act in environmentally friendly ways. We believe that to fully action the changes needed in society and stop climate change, we must first ensure that we balance ourselves to protect others.
