TreeSisters is a not-for-profit organization which exists to reinstate the Feminine Principle into our global ecology and support humanity's shift towards becoming a restorer species.
If you wish to make an amendment to a future donation, or if you believe we have made an error with a past donation, we are here to help.
Refunds will be offered under the following circumstances:
1. Any donation made using a credit card or bank account fraudulently will be refunded. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
2. Any donation acquired after a request to cancel has been made.
TreeSisters requires 21 days’ notice to cancel or alter your debit agreement. Please send it to support@treesisters.org
For donations after October 2019, you can now cancel directly in your own account. If you need support assistance please give us 21 days advance notice before your next donation collects. If it happens to collect between the time you've written in and when you receive a response we can refund that donation. This instance could occur on weekends or holidays when no staff is present. This is why advance notice is required for the best outcome for both donors and the charity.
TreeSisters will investigate any dispute that arises from a donation received. Please contact us first at support@treesisters.org before entering a dispute. We can likely resolve your issue quickly where a dispute process can take up to 4 months.
Please note that we may request additional information or documentation from you such as proof of ID, statutory declarations and / or police statements or bank statements in consideration of any disputed item.
